<p>Hallo, Sommer, wo bist du hin? Dieser Satz ist so cliché, dass er schon wieder Kult ist, findet ihr nicht? Ich komme gerade aus zwei Wochen Kärnten, wo wir tollstes Wetter hatten und der Faaker See sich mal wieder von seiner schönsten Seite gezeigt hat. Umso frustrierender ist es, wenn man nach Hause kommt und alles nass, trist und farblos ist. Meine Sonnenbrille trage ich aber trotzdem weiterhin, genauso wie meine neuen beigen Adidas Gazelle-Sneakers und meine weißen Hosen sowieso. Nur morgens war mir irgendwie überhaupt nicht nach kaltem <a href="https://heavenlynnhealthy.de/ananas-kurkuma-smoothie/">Smoothie</a>, <a href="https://heavenlynnhealthy.de/heavenly-overnight-oats/">Overnight Oats</a> oder <a href="https://heavenlynnhealthy.de/gesundes-bircher-muesli/">Birchermüsli</a>, sondern nach diesem gebackenen Beeren-Oatmeal. Am liebten zusammen mit meinem geliebten <a href="https://heavenlynnhealthy.de/kurkuma-latte-goldene-milch/">Kurkuma-Latte</a>. So holt man sich die Wärme und den Sonnenschein ganz schnell an den Frühstückstisch.<span id="more-4017"></span></p>

<p>Habt ihr schon einmal gebackenes Oatmeal gegessen? Es ist eigentlich eher etwas für die kalten Jahreszeiten (oh, hallo Herbst, ich freu mich schon im Geheimen auf dich), aber mit frischen, lokalen Beeren, ist es auch im Sommer ein perfektes Frühstück. Es sättigt ungemein, da es voller Ballaststoffe steckt und kommt fast ausschließlich mit natürlicher Süße aus. Wer es trotzdem ein wenig süßer mag, der gibt einen Teelöffel rohen Honig dazu und hat immer noch ein sehr zuckerarmes Frühstück, auf das er sich freuen kann.</p>

<p>Ich wünschte übrigens, dass die Beeren-Saison nie enden würde. Es ist so toll, wenn man über den Wochenmarkt schlendert und es überall nach Blaubeeren, Himbeeren oder Brombeeren duftet. Auch wenn ich der Erdbeer-Saison immer noch lange nachtrauere, freue ich mich auf die Beeren-Variation, die dann erschwinglich wird. Man MUSS ja förmlich drei Schalen Beeren kaufen, denn dadurch spart man ja ganze 10 Cent. Nein, Spaß, bei meinem Händler des Vertrauens spart man wirklich je mehr Schalen man kauft. Denn mal ehrlich, eine Schale muss man ja direkt für den Heimweg einplanen, eine zum Snacken während man das Oatmeal zubereitet und eine muss ja auch noch im gebackenen Beeren-Oatmeal landen. Also mein Tipp: immer gleich drei Schalen kaufen, sonst reicht es einfach nicht.</p>

<li id="instruction-step-1">Den Ofen auf 180°C vorheizen.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-2">Die Haferflocken in einen kleinen Topf geben und mit 250ml kochendem Wasser bedecken und ca. 10 Minuten stehen lassen. Während die Haferflocken einweichen, die Nüsse grob hacken.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-3">Sobald die Haferflocken das Wasser aufgesaugt haben, die Beeren, Mandelmilch, rohen Honig (oder Sirup), sowie die Gewürze dazugeben und alles gut mit einem Löffel vermengen.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-4">Nun den Hafermix in eine mit Kokosöl eingefettete oder mit Backpapier ausgelegte Auflaufform geben und die Nüsse drüber verteilen.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-5">Das Oatmeal ca. 20-25 Minuten backen und währenddessen eventuell mit Alufolie bedecken, falls die Nüsse zu schnell schwarz werden. Das Oatmeal ist fertig, wenn es anfängt oben braun zu werden.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-6">Sofort servieren.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-7">Mein Tipp: das Oatmeal schmeckt noch besser mit einem Esslöffel Joghurt (z.B. Kokosjoghurt) als Beilage.</li>
