Seit kurzem ist mein Freund zu einem richtigen Smoothie-Liebhaber geworden. Nicht, dass er das nicht vorher schon war, aber er hat vorher immer meine Kreationen mitgetrunken und nicht selbst Hand angelegt. Als ich neulich für eine Woche in Österreich war, schickte er mir immer mehr Smoothie-Inspos und vermutete fast, dass er jetzt seinen eigenen Instagram-Account aufmachen würde. Für ihn als 1,96m großer Sportler sind grüne Smoothies nämlich die perfekte Gelegenheit eine große Menge gesunder Kalorien auf einmal zu sich zu nehmen, weil er, wie viele sportliche Männer, sogar Probleme hat auf die Minimum-Kalorienmenge zu kommen, die er braucht um nicht abzunehmen (ja, so etwas soll es wohl auch geben). Mein Freund gibt auch immer noch noch einen Löffel Proteinpulver dazu, damit er noch etwas reichhaltiger ist. Wer also Probleme hat seinem Mann grüne Smoothies schmackhaft zu machen, der sollte sie vielleicht einfach einmal als &#8222;Proteinshakes&#8220; verpacken. Proteine können aber auch in Form von Superfoods wie Hanfsamen hinzugefügt werden.<span id="more-1784"></span></p>
<p><strong>Hanfsamen</strong><br />
In diesem Smoothie sorgen die Hanfsamen für die extra Portion Aminosäuren (das fancy Wort für Proteine). Ebenfalls sorgen die enthaltenen Ballaststoffe in Hanfsamen für ein langanhaltendes Sättigungsgefühl und verhindern das rasante Ansteigen unseres Blutzuckerspiegels. Das enthaltende Magnesium unterstützt die Energieproduktion unseres Körpers sowie den Muskelaufbau. Wer mit dem Begriff &#8222;Hanfsamen&#8220; noch Marijuana assoziiert und gerade einen absoluten Schrecken bekommen hat, den kann ich beruhigen. Hanfsamen stammen von der Hanfpflanze, die zwar verwandt ist mit der Canabis-Pflanze, jedoch keine der berauschenden Wirkungen hat, die Marijuana ihren Ruf verpasst haben.<br />
Hanfsamen sind nämlich richtig nahrhaft und stecken voller wichtiger Vitamine und Mineralien. Hauptsächlich sind sie ein super Protein-Lieferant, denn bereits 3 Esslöffel versorgen den Körper mit 14g Proteinen, was fast ein Viertel der empfohlenen Tagesmenge Proteine einer Frau entspricht. Neben Proteinen enthalten Hanfsamen gesunde Omega-3-Fettsäuren, die unser Herz schützen, den Cholesterinspiegel senken und unseren Blutdruck regulieren.</p>
<p><strong>Banane</strong><br />
Die Banane im Smoothie bringt nicht nur Energie, sondern versorgt den Körper mit Kalium, welches den Blutdruck reguliert und so unser Herz vor Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen schützt. Potassium beugt ebenfalls Muskelkrämpfen vor, weshalb es die beliebteste Frucht unter Sportlern und aktiven Menschen ist.</p>
<p><strong>Babyspinat</strong><br />
Wer jetzt noch nicht überzeugt ist, dass dieser Smoothie voller gutem steckt, dem kann ich noch die gesundheitlichen Vorteile des Spinats vorlegen. Das im Spinat vorhandene Vitamin K ist essentiell für die Blutgerinnung und sorgt ebenfalls dafür, dass unsere Knochen stabil und gesund bleiben. Das in Form von Beta Carotine enthaltene Vitamin A im Spinat schützt dazu noch unser Augenlicht vor freien Radikalen. Vitamin A ist somit eins der wichtigsten Vitamine für eine gesunde Sehkraft.</p>

Für 2 Personen:<br />
&#8211; 1 Bergpfirsich (ca. 100g)<br />
&#8211; 1 kleine Banane (125g)<br />
&#8211; 150g Honigmelone<br />
&#8211; 1/3 Salatgurke<br />
&#8211; 1/2 Avocado<br />
&#8211; 1 Handvoll frischer Babyspinat<br />
&#8211; 1 Handvoll frische Minze<br />
&#8211; 180 ml ungesüßtes Kokoswasser</p>
<p>Toppings:<br />
&#8211; 1 TL Hanfsamen<br />
&#8211; 1 TL Chia Samen (optional)</p>

Mangos stecken voller Antioxidantien, die &#8211; wissenschaftlich nachgewiesen &#8211; gegen verschiedene Krebsarten vorbeugen, wie z.B. Brustkrebs oder Leukämie. Auf der anderen Seite sind Mangos natürliche Schönheitsfrüchte, da sie verstopfte Poren öffnen und Pickeln vorbeugen – ein Grund mehr, jeden Tag eine Mangofrucht zu genießen.<br />

Avocados gehören zu den Früchten, die ich immer im Hause habe, denn sie sind so verschieden einsetzbar. Egal ob pur, auf Brot, im Smoothie oder als Pesto-Grundlage – Avocados gehen einfach immer. Natürlich steckt die Powerfrucht auch voller guter Nähr- und Mineralstoffe und vielen Vitaminen. Wusstet ihr zum Beispiel, dass eine Avocado mehr Kalium enthält als eine Banane?</p>

Auch das Herz wird durch das Essen von Avocados geschützt, da diese größtenteils aus den „guten“ Omega-3-Fettsäuren bestehen, die für ein gesundes Herz sorgen. Wer vor dem hohen Fettgehalt der Avocados zurückschreckt, den kann ich beruhigen. Die Fettsäuren in der Powerfrucht sorgen nicht für Bauchspeck. Im Gegenteil, wer viele „gute“ ungesättigte Fettsäuren zu sich nimmt, verbrennt sogar mehr Fettsäuren als Menschen, die komplett auf eine Fettaufnahme verzichten.<br />
Als grüne Beilage dient diesem Smoothie das herkömmliche Gewürz Basilikum. Das grüne und natürliche Superfood steckt voller Vitamin K – eine kleine Handvoll der leckeren Blätter decken schon 98% des täglichen Vitamin K Bedarfs ab. Das Vitamin ist vor allem für eine gesunde Blutgerinnung zuständig und sorgt dafür, dass unsere Knochen intakt bleiben.<br />
Wenn ich euch jetzt nicht genügend Gründe geliefert habe, diesen Smoothie einmal auszuprobieren, dann sollte ich noch hinzufügen, dass er wirklich lecker ist und überhaupt nicht grün oder gesund schmeckt. <p>Grüne Smoothies wurden in den letzten Monaten erst gehyped um dann verpöhnt. Zuviel Fruchtzucker, zu viele Kalorien, etc. Dabei sind grüne Smoothies doch eigentlich der perfekte Weg um wichtige Nährstoffe zu sich zu nehmen ohne langweilige Blattsalate essen zu müssen. Gerade in den kalten Wintermonaten ziehe ich eine warme Mahlzeit jedem kalten Salat vor und so genieße ich täglich einen grünen Smoothie um doch noch auf meine tägliche Portion Nährstoffe zu bekommen. Durch die Banane und den Apfel hat dieser Smoothie natürlich einen hohen Zuckergehalt, jedoch ist er reich Blutdruck-senkendem Kalium oder Vitamin A, was quasi eine Antioxidantien-Kraftmaschine ist.</p>
