<p>Geht es euch auch so, dass ihr unabhängig von guten Vorsätzen, im Januar auch das Gefühl habt, gesünder und leichter essen zu wollen? Ich habe das ganz stark bei Süßigkeiten, auf die ich nach der Weihnachtszeit schlichtweg keinen Appetit habe. Leider ist mein Appetit sowieso gerade im Urlaub, nach einer blöden Grippe im Dezember, deswegen gibt es bei mir zur Zeit viele leichte Suppen. Dies ist meine Lielingsgemüsesuppe, weil sie so viele gute Zutaten und Nährstoffe enthält, die nicht totgekocht werden. </p>

<p>Außerdem liebe ich die Brühe, die ein bisschen aryuvedisch angehaucht ist, mit Ingwer, Kurkuma und Zimt. Die Einlage ist natürlich frei wählbar und somit dient diese Suppe auch super als &#8222;clean the fridge&#8220;-Gericht. Paprika, Karotten und Lauch sind aber drei Dinge, die ich sowieso meistens vorrätig habe, sodass ich nur die Pilze frisch kaufen muss, wenn ich Lust auf diese Suppe habe. Wer keinen riesigen Sack an Grünkohl kaufen will, der geht am besten auf den Wochenmarkt und deckt sich da mit ein paar Handvoll ein. Oder ihr verwendet einfach frischen Spinat als Alternative.</p>

<p>Verwöhnt euren Körper heute doch einfach mal einen Tag lang nur mit gutem und gesumden Essen. Es ist wirklch erstaunlich wie gut es einem nach solch einem Tag geht. Wenn ihr dann auch noch Sport macht oder zumindest einen Spaziergang durch die Winterlandschaft einschiebt, dann wird euch euer Körper danken. Abends auf der Couch liegt es sich doch viel schöner, wenn man weiß, dass man gut zu sich war oder? Diese Suppe ist dann natürlich die Krönung eures Verwöhnprogramms.</p>
