<p>Gesundes Bircher Müsli ist eine meiner großen Frühstückslieben. Das Schweizer Original ist meiner Meinung nach eins der besten Frühstücksgerichte, die es gibt. Deshalb habe ich es letzte Woche endlich einmal mit Mandelmilch ausprobiert und war einfach nur begeistert. Es ist das beste Frühstück auf der ganzen Welt und ich glaube ich werde nie wieder etwas anderes essen wollen. Es hat schon ein wenig Ähnlichkeit zu meinen Overnight Oats, aber durch den geriebenen Apfel und die Nüsse bekommt es den echten Bircher Müsli-Geschmack.</p>

<p>Wer gegen Nüsse allergisch ist, kann diese aber gerne durch Sonnenblumen- oder Kürbiskerne ersetzen. Auch muss das Müsli gar nicht mit Mandelmilch gemacht werden, sondern ihr könnt jede Pflanzenmilch, z.B. Hafermilch oder Haselnuss-, oder Cashewmilch benutzen. Wer lieber Kuhmilch mag, der benutzt eben Kuhmilch. Das wichtigste ist, dass ihr das Müsli aus einem Teil Hafer und dem 1,5-fachen Teil Flüssigkeit zusammenrührt. Dann könnt ihr eigentlich nichts falsch machen. Das leckere Bircher Müsli ist übrigens auch das perfekte Frühstück für Berufstätige: einfach am Abend vorher zusammenrühren und in einer Schüssel mit zur Arbeit nehmen. Da es über Nacht einweicht, ist es auch nicht wirklich flüssig und wird den Transport gut überleben. Ich bin gespannt über eure Meinung und freue mich schon zu hören wie es euch geschmeckt hat.</p>
