Da ich euch im letzten Post nach euren Lieblingsrezepten vom Blog gefragt habe, ist dieses Rezept quasi auf euren Wunsch hin entstanden. <p>Zur Zeit kämpfe ich morgens leider immer noch mit Appetitlosigkeit, die sichseit meiner letzten Grippe hartnäckig hält. Trotzdem esse ich brav jeden Morgen mein Porridge und varriere es je nach meinem Geschmack. Zur Zeit stehe ich total auf Haselnussmilch und Birne &#8211; eine super Geschmackskombination. Natürlich kann man das Porridge auch mit jeder anderen Nussmilch oder pflanzlichen Milch zubereiten, aber Haselnussmilch ist einfach mal etwas anderes und passt super zu Birne. Wer allerdings eine Haselnuss-Allergie hat, sollte lieber zu anderen pflanzlichen Alternativen greifen.</p>

<p>Da es zumindest bei mir in Lüneburg wieder tiefster Winter ist, habe ich auf dem Markt frische Birnen aus dem Alten Land gekauft und es mit meinem sonstigen Porridge kombiniert. Ich muss sagen, dass ich sonst immer nur zu Äpfeln gegriffen habe als Topping, aber Birnen sind fast noch leckerer, da sie so zuckersüß sind. Außerdem enthalten Birnen genauso wie Äpfel eine Menge Antioxidantien, die man gerade im Winter sehr gut gebrauchen kann. Die Planzeninhaltsstoffe (Phytonährstoffe) in Birnen wirken ebenfalls entzündungshemmend, sind nachgewiesen förderlich für ein gesundes Herz und sollen sogar das Risiko von Typ 2 Diabetes senken. Ein Grund mehr, diese Woche zu Birnen zu greifen.</p>

<li id="instruction-step-1">Haferflocken zusammen mit der Haselnussmilch in einen kleinen Kochtopf geben und kurz auf hoher Hitze aufkochen. Die Birne in mundgerechte Stücke schneiden.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-2">Die Gewürze, die Birne und den frischen Orangensaft dazugeben, die Hitze reduzieren und unter ständigem Rühren ca. 1 &#8211; 2 Minuten mit dem Kochlöffel unterrühren. Sollte eurer Haferbrei am Topf kleben bleiben, dann einfach ein bisschen mehr Haselnussmilch oder Orangensaft dazugeben.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-3">Zum Schluss das Porridge mit etwas Honig oder Ahornsirup abschmecken. Dies ist aber fast nicht nötig, wenn ihr mich fragt.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-4">Die Mandeln ohne Fett in einer Pfanne rösten und zusammen mit den Blaubeeren/Brombeeren, den Birnen-Stückchen und Mandelbutter zum Porridge,servieren. Sollet ihr gefrorene Beeren benutzen, dann wärmt diese kurz in einem kleinen Topf auf.</li>

<p>Die Weihnachtszeit ist vorbei, das neue Jahr wurde gebührend eingeläutet und wir befinden uns mal wieder im kaltnassen Januar. Dabei bin ich mit meinen Gedanken immer noch zwischen den Tagen, als wir morgens mit Balu eine Runde gejoggt sind, dann ein paar Sprints die Sandkuhle hoch gemacht haben, und uns danach noch in einer Session Yoga ausgiebig gedehnt haben um dann wie ein Kaiser zu frühstücken. <p>Natürlich freue ich mich jetzt auch wieder in meiner eignen Wohnung zu sein, aber die Zeit zwischen Weihnachen und Neujahr ist einfach doch am schönsten im Kreise der engsten Familie. Bei drei Mädels inklusive Freunden ist da ja auch schnell Leben im Haus. Jetzt sitze ich irgendwie total einsam in meiner Wohnung und gehe glaube ich gleich mal in mein Lieblingscafé um ein bisschen unter Leuten zu sein.</p>

<p>Da ich irgendwie schon lange kein Frühstücksrezept mehr gepostet habe, lag es nahe, dass das erste Rezept im neuen Jahr ein Porridge sein würde. Meine anderen Porridge Rezepte, wie beispielsweise das <a href="https://heavenlynnhealthy.de/schnelles-vanille-porridge/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">schnelle Vanille-Porridge</a> sind der absolute Hit auf Pinterest, also scheinen euch die Frühstücksrezepte sehr zu gefallen. Dieses Kurkuma Porridge ist geschmacklich sehr anders, denn es ist leicht herzhaft. Keine Sorge, es ist nicht übermäßig herzhaft im Geschmack, aber das Kurkuma verleiht ihm ein sehr warmes Aroma an das man sich im ersten Moment vielleicht erst einmal gewöhnen muss. Dann aber, will man morgens nie mehr etwas anderes essen.</p>

<p>Am liebsten mag ich das Kurkuma Porridge gleich zusammen mit einer <a href="https://heavenlynnhealthy.de/kurkuma-latte-goldene-milch/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">goldenen Milch</a>. Der Hype um Kurkuma ist nicht unberechtigt, denn das wärmende Gewürz ist in der aryuvedischen Küche fest etabliert und nicht mehr wegzudenken. Das liegt vor allem an den entzündungshemmenden Eigenschaften von Kurkuma, oder eher dem Bestandteil Curcumin, der Kurkuma seine satte, gelbe Farbe verleiht. Kurkuma und Curcumins Eigenschaften sind bereits in vielen wissenschaftlich Studien getestet worden, wobei die Krebsvorbeugung in den meisten Studien in den Vordergrund gerückt ist.</p>

<p>Wer noch nie Kurkuma in Frühstücksrezepten genossen hat, dem rate ich erst einmal klein anzufangen. Gebt am besten erst nur eine Messerspitze Kurkuma zum Porridge dazu und tastet euch dann nach uns nach an eine größere Menge heran. Kurkuma ist nicht Jedermanns Geschmack und wir Deutschen sind so gar nicht an dieses aufregende Geschmackserlebnis gewöhnt. Viel Spaß beim Ausprobieren!</p>

<p>Heute gibt es mal ein etwas anderes Frühstück: Rohes Erdbeer-Pfirsich Buchweizen-Porridge. Wenn es im Sommer schon morgens richtig warm wird, dann merke ich meistens, dass ich morgens keine Lust mehr auf Haferflocken habe. Ich liebe Haferflocken zwar, aber gerade im Sommer ist mir nach Veränderung, weshalb ich dann gerne mit meinem Frühstück experimentiere. Am liebsten sind mir im Sommer Smoothies zum Frühstück, nur halten die meist nicht lange vor, sodass ich schnell wieder hungrig bin. Deswegen ist es mir wichtig, dass ich den Tag mit vielen Ballaststoffen und Proteinen starte und da bietet sich das Superfood Buchweizen prima an. <span id="more-3800"></span></p>
<p>Auch wenn der Gedanke Buchweizen zum Frühstück zu essen vielleicht ungewohnt ist, es lohnt sich wirklich es einmal auszuprobieren. Zum einen ist Buchweizen wirklich vollwertig und man ist garantiert bis zum Mittag satt &#8211; etwas, das ich von Haferflocken nicht immer behaupten kann. Zum anderen ist es natürlich auch extrem gesund und birgt viele gesundheitliche Vorteile. Buchweizen hat tolle Blutdruck- und Cholesterin-senkende Eigenschaften, die vor allem dem hohen Anteil an Magnesium zuzuschreiben sind. Magnesium entspannt die Blutgefäße, was das Blut besser durch unseren Körper fließen lässt und unseren Blutdruck senkt. <p>Rohes Buchweizen-Porridge ohne alles schmeckt sehr fad und langweilig und muss deshalb unbedingt mit etwas Fruchtigem aufgepeppt werden. Das Erdbeer-Pfirsich-Püree bietet sich da perfekt an, da es sommerlich leicht, aber trotzdem schön süß ist. Auch Apfel oder Banane harmoniert wunderbar mit dem etwas anderes Frühstücksbrei. Auch wenn es am Anfang nicht Jedermanns Sache ist, ich bin ein großer Fan dieses rohen Erdbeer-Pfirsich Buchweizen-Porridges und deswegen musste es auch gleich auf den Blog.</p>

Wer jetzt denkt, dass Porridge am Morgen nur etwas für Studenten mit viel Zeit ist, dem muss ich widersprechen. Dieses schnelle Vanille-Porrige braucht gerade mal drei Minuten für die Zubereitung. <p>Diejenigen von euch, die mir auf Instagram folgen, haben sicherlich schon bemerkt wie sehr ich Kokos-Porridge liebe. Es gibt für mich nichts schöneres als den Tag mit einer ordentlich Portion Haferbrei zu beginnen. Das tolle an Porridge ist, dass es ein sehr einfaches und vor allem preisgünstiges Frühstück ist. Wenn ihr es so wie ich mit mehr Wasser als (pflanzlicher) Milch zubereitet, dann wird es sogar noch kostengünstiger. Haferflocken gibt es ja bereits für unter 50 Cent beim Discounter zu kaufen und müssen nicht teuer in Bio-Qualität beim Feinkostladen erworben werden. Haferbrei ist deswegen meiner Meinung nach das perfekte Studenten-Frühstück: es gibt viel Energie, hält lange satt und kostet weniger als Brot, Eier oder fertige Müslimischungen.<span id="more-2300"></span></p>

Ich gebe zu, dass Porridge nicht gerade aufregend ist, doch wenn ihr es mit leckeren Früchten oder Superfoods garniert, wird es sofort zu einem Frühstückshit. Ich liebe es beispielsweise mein Porridge jeden Morgen mit anderen Leckereien zu schmücken; meine Lieblinge zur Zeit sind Feigen, geriebener Apfel oder Zwetschgenkompott. Im Sommer liebe ich natürlich alle Art von Beeren in meinem Porridge. Auch Kürbispüree könnt ihr super im Haferbrei verarbeiten. Aber auch kostengünstige Toppings wie gefrorene Früchte schmecken super lecker und sind überall erhältlich. Bei gefrorenen Früchten setzte ich auch auf die Discounter-Marken, weil diese meiner Meinung nach qualitätstechnisch locker mit den teuren Produkten mithalten können. Wie auch immer ihr eurer Porridge garniert &#8211; es sollte euch in erster Linie wirklich schmecken und euch Energie liefern.</p>
