<p>Endlich hat die Erdbeersaison begonnen! Ich liebe diese Jahreszeit, denn Erdbeeren sind meine absoluten Lieblingsfrüchte. Ich könnte jeden Tag eine Schale verdrücken und erfreue mich daran, dass auch unser Sohn schon großer Fan der süßen Scheinfrucht und ihren Nüssen ist. </p>



<p><em>Moment mal, wieso denn Nüsse? </em></p>



<p>Tatsächlich ist die Erdbeere botanisch gesehen gar keine Beere, sondern eine Scheinfrucht. Mit ihrem roten Fruchtfleisch führt die &#8222;falsche&#8220; Beere uns gekonnt an der Nase herum, denn in Wahrheit sind es die kleinen grünen Nüsse, die sie ausmachen. Die gelbgrünen Pünktchen sind die echten Früchte der Erdbeere und botanisch gesehen sind diese Früchte eben Nüsse. </p>



<p><em>Fun Fact: Das gleich gilt übrigens auch für Himbeeren und Brombeeren. </em></p>

<p>Aber zurück zu diesen leckeren Erdbeer-Joghurt-Bites. Alles, was ihr für den Sommersnack braucht, ist genügend Platz im Gefrierfach, cremigen (veganen) Joghurt, süße Erdbeeren und Schokolade. Na gut, optional noch etwas Vanille. Und das Beste? Wir verarbeiten nur eine halbe Schale Erdbeeren, sodass die andere Hälfte direkt weggenascht werden kann. </p>

<p>Für die Bites müsst ihr lediglich die Erdbeeren kleinschneiden, sie mit dem Joghurt und der Vanille mischen, kleine Portionen auf einen Teller oder Blech geben und ab damit ins Gefrierfach. </p>

<p>Tatsächlich schmecken die Joghurt-Bites schon so, aber ich empfehle sehr, sie anschließend noch in Schokolade zu tunken und erneut einzufrieren. Das hilft vor allem, wenn ihr sie länger aufbewahren und nicht sofort verputzen möchtet. In dieser Variante könnten die Bites auch glatt als ferne Verwandte der Yogurette durchgehen. Und in meiner Familie geht nichts über Yogurette (ok, vielleicht Niederecker Marzipan, aber das ist eine andere Geschichte). </p>



<p>Ob die Bites wohl auch die geübten Yogurette-Liebhaber*innen überzeugen können? Ich sag mal so: Sie schmecken natürlich ganz anders, enthalten kaum Zucker und sind somit nicht so süß und künstlich wie das Original. Außerdem enthalten sie echte Erdbeeren und Joghurt. Vergleicht sie also nicht so streng, sondern genießt die selbst gemachte Leckerei. </p>



<p>So oder so geht nichts über die Kombination aus Joghurt &amp; Erdbeeren (und Schokolade), also viel Spaß mit diesen süßen Sommervorboten! </p>

<p>PS: Im ersten Versuch haben der etwas flüssige Joghurt und die noch eher wässrigen Erdbeeren noch nicht zu 100 % überzeugen können. Mit Sojajoghurt bzw. Skyer hat es besser geklappt. </p>

<li id="instruction-step-1">Die Erdbeeren waschen, kleinschneiden (eher kleiner als ihr ursprünglich denkt) und in eine Schüssel geben.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-2">Den Joghurt und die Vanille dazugeben und alles vermengen.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-3">Anschließend mit einem Esslöffel portionsweise kleine Häufchen auf einen mit Backpapier ausgelegten Teller oder Blech geben und ab damit ins Gefrierfach.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-4">Nach ca. 30 Minuten könnt ihr das erste mal überprüfen, ob die Bites schon fertig gefroren sind.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-5">Sobald die Bites gefroren sind, könnt ihr diese entweder direkt geniessen oder sie noch mit geschmolzener Schokolade überziehen. So halten sie sich auch noch länger und schmelzen nicht so schnell.</li>
</ol>
<h4>Option dekadentes Schokodipping:</h4>
<ol>
<li id="instruction-step-6">Die Schokolade mit etwas Kokosöl im Wasserbad schmelzen.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-7">Die gefrorenen Bites in die Schokolade tunken und anschließend erneut ins Gefrierfach geben.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-8">Nach etwa 15 Minuten sollten die “Yoghurättän” naschbereit sein. Vor dem Verzehr kurz antauen lassen, sonst sind sie zu hart.</li>

<li>Achtet bei eurem Joghurt oder eurer veganen Alternative darauf, dass er eine festere Konsistenz hat und nicht zu viel Wasser enthält, da die Bites sonst zu wässrig werden könnten. <p>Alles, was wir für die Schoki brauchen, ist eine dunkle Schokolade, die euch schmeckt und ein paar Gute-Laune-Toppings. Das können z. B. Mini-Brezeln, gefriergetrocknete Beeren, Nussmus oder so etwas wie Hanfsamen sein. Dann wird die Schokolade geschmolzen und ganz frei verziert. Deshalb kann ich bei den Zutaten schwer Mengenangaben angeben. Es hängt ganz von eurer Kreativität ab. </p>

<p>Das Rezept ist deshalb auch super für Kinder. Da würde ich es dann nur vielleicht mit (veganer) Milchschokolade oder mit weißer Schokolade machen und nicht unbedingt mit dunkler Schokolade. <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Himmlisch für Körper und Seele, weil &#8230; </h2>



<p>&#8230; dunkle Schokolade reich an Antioxidantien ist. In Maßen genossen, ist dunkle Schokolade deshalb wirklich ein gesunder Snack. Außerdem ist Schokolade etwas zum Teilen und Essen in guter Gesellschaft ist mindestens genauso gesund wie eine Portion Brokkoli. </p>

Ich habe die <a href="https://linisbites.com/collections/chocolinis/products/dark-chocolate-chocolinis-bio" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Dark Chocolinis</a> von Lini&#8217;s Bites genommen (mit LYNN15 bekommt ihr 15 % Rabatt). Wenn es sich bei Schokolade nicht um Couvertüre handelt, hilft es, etwas Kokosöl vor dem Schmelzen dazuzugeben. Dadurch gerinnt die Schokolade beim Erhitzen nicht und bleibt geschmeidiger.</li>

<p>Immer noch werde ich täglich mit Fotos der Rezepte aus meinem Buch beschenkt. Nichts macht mich glücklicher, als zu sehen, dass es meine Rezepte tatsächlich in euren Alltag schaffen. Der Wahnsinn! Eines der beliebtesten Rezepte aus meinem Buch ist übrigens das Saaten-Knäckebrot. Als kleines Geschenk teile ich heute mit euch allen das wirklich einfache, leckere und gesunde Rezept für glutenfreies Saaten-Knäckebrot.<span id="more-7977"></span></p>
<p>Und dann habe ich noch ein weiteres Geschenk für euch. Ich werde meine Buchtour noch etwas erweitern: am Freitag und Samstag, den 22. und 23. <p>Übrigens ist eine der am häufigsten gestellten Fragen zu meinem Buch, warum ich in den meisten Gerichten (glutenfrei) in Klammern vor die Zutaten setze. Da meine Schwester Zöliakie hat, die schlimmste Form der Gluten-Unverträglichkeit, ist das gesamte Buch glutenfrei. Doch ist es eher „zufällig“ glutenfrei, denn ich verwende keine glutenfreien Ersatzprodukte, sondern habe nur Lebensmittel verwendet, die von Natur aus glutenfrei sind. Nun fragen mich aber viele, warum ich bei Haferflocken und Hafermilch immer in Klammern das „glutenfrei“ einfügt habe.</p>
<h2>Ist Hafer glutenfrei?</h2>
<p>Hafer ist von Natur aus glutenfrei, da er botanisch nicht mit Weizen verwandt ist. Allerdings wird Hafer häufig auf Feldern angebaut, auf denen vorher Weizen, Dinkel oder andere glutenhaltige Lebensmittel angebaut wurden. Auch auf den Mähdreschern finden sich Spuren von Gluten oder auch in den Säcken oder den Lastern, in denen der Hafer transportiert wird. Außerdem wird Hafer meistens in Fabriken verarbeitet, die ebenfalls glutenhaltiges Getreide produzieren. Deshalb muss Hafer auf strikt glutenfreien Feldern angebaut und in einer glutenfreien Mühle geflockt werden, um Spuren von Gluten zu vermeiden. Wer einmal in einer Mühle war, der weiß, dass Spuren von Gluten in einer normalen Getreidemühle nicht vermeidbar sind. Da wirbelt so viel Mehl durch die Luft, dass eine Kontamination zwangsläufig stattfindet. <p>Menschen mit Unverträglichkeiten oder eben Zöliakie, sollten <u>immer</u> glutenfreien Hafer kaufen um Irritationen der Darmwände zu vermeiden. Die meisten Menschen mit Zöliakie merken bereits die kleinsten Spuren von Gluten im Essen, weshalb <a href="https://alnavit.de/produkte/produkt/detail/bio-haferflocken/">glutenfreier Hafer</a> eine wahre Bereicherung für sie ist. Da ich immer wieder gefragt werde, wo man denn Produkte mit glutenfreiem Hafer bekommt, verweise ich gerne auf meinen Partner Alnavit.</p>

<li id="instruction-step-1">Den Backofen auf 160 °C Umluft (180 °C Ober- und Unterhitze) vorheizen. Alle trockenen Zutaten in einer Rührschüssel vermengen. Das heiße Wasser darübergießen und alles gut mit einem Kochlöffel vermengen. 15 Minuten quellen lassen.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-2">Ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen, mit etwas Vollkornreismehl bestreuen und die Teigmasse mit einem befeuchteten Spatel dünn auf dem Blech verteilen. Je dünner, desto knuspriger wird das Ergebnis.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-3">Das Knäckebrot im vorgeheizten Ofen 10 Minuten backen, herausnehmen und mit einem scharfen Messer oder Pizzaroller in Dreiecke oder Rechtecke schneiden.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-4">Weitere 40–50 Minuten backen (je nach Dicke des Teigs). Herausnehmen und abkühlen lassen. Luftdicht verschlossen hält sich das Knäckebrot bis zu zwei Wochen.</li>
